The hotel is centrally located in the Brisbane CBD area, offering spacious and modern rooms with great amenities. The service was friendly and efficient. While the location is convenient for exploring the city, the room felt muggy upon check-in. The dining options nearby were satisfactory, and there are lovely walks along the riverside. Prices were reasonable for the value provided.

The hotel offers efficient and prompt service, clean, tidy, and spacious rooms, and excellent views of Brisbane river. However, it can feel like a tight squeeze, especially in the one-bedroom rooms.

The hotel was clean and tidy with all amenities, making it easy to keep tidy and offering a very private atmosphere. However, the room quality was poorer than expected. The service was friendly, efficient, and professional, especially when they promptly addressed an issue with a stench in the initial room by upgrading us. The location was excellent for bars, waterfront, and restaurants, although it was a bit pricey at $350 for one night. The dining options were good, available both in the hotel and nearby cafes. The facilities were well-equipped, with a great kitchen set up. The ferry access was a bonus.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had an outstanding view of the Brisbane River and CBD, but they were a bit tired and not as clean as I would have liked. The service, on the other hand, was wonderful, with accommodating staff from check-in to checkout. The location was fabuloud, right on the river and close to dining options. The dining experience was good but limited. Overall, it was a slightly disappointing stay.

Staying at Oaks Felix in Brisbane was a real treat. The rooms were more comfy than your usual 1-bedroom setup, giving our stay that extra special touch. However, the musty smell in the master bedroom made me feel like it had been locked up for too long.
